1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using bioRxivTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this service.

2. Description of Service

bioRxivTracker is a free tool that aggregates and displays publicly available pre-print research papers from bioRxiv. We provide sorting, filtering, and AI-generated summaries to help researchers discover relevant publications. bioRxivTracker is not affiliated with bioRxiv or Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.

3. Content and Accuracy

All research paper data displayed on bioRxivTracker is sourced from bioRxiv's public API. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information displayed. “Impact Scores” and other metrics are calculated estimates and should not be considered authoritative measures of research quality or influence. AI-generated summaries are for convenience only and may contain inaccuracies. Always refer to the original paper for authoritative content.

4. Intellectual Property

The research papers, abstracts, and associated metadata displayed on bioRxivTracker are the intellectual property of their respective authors and are subject to the licensing terms specified on bioRxiv. The bioRxivTracker interface, design, and code are proprietary.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use bioRxivTracker for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You agree not to attempt to scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically access the service beyond normal usage. Automated access should be directed to bioRxiv's API directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

bioRxivTracker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall bioRxivTracker or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue bioRxivTracker at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
